Booking Details
1. A reservation for at least two nights is required, with an advance payment equivalent to one night’s accommodation using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
2. Each cottage can house a specific number of occupants. An occupant is any individual eight years or older unless it’s the Cabins, which has an age limit of 13 years owing to its height of 15 ft.
3. Outstanding dues are payable on arrival via credit card details provided during booking.
4. For a full refund on cancellation, we require notification at least 21 days before check-in.
During Your Visit
1. No events should be hosted or external visitors invited during either daytime or nighttime hours without our prior approval; non-compliance would lead to additional charges, as specified in point three below.
2. Smoking within the cottages/homes is strictly prohibited, and pets are not permitted due to Covid constraints; disregarding these rules will lead to penalty charges, as mentioned in point three.
3. Any evidence of extra guests/visitors/events/pet hair on-premises or detection of smoking inside the cottages/houses will result in additional fees being levied upon discovery.
4. Any damage or excessive littering on the premises during your stay will be your responsibility.
5. We have a strict policy against loud and disruptive behavior. Those who do not comply with this rule will be asked to depart.
6. All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) or noisy vehicles are prohibited within our grounds unless they are motorcycles used for transport purposes only). Displaying firearms and shooting firearms or fireworks/clay birds without prior consent is strictly forbidden; non-compliance results in a minimum fine of $100.
7. Stick to driving on marked roads and parking in assigned driveways only.
8. We are not liable for any accidents or losses during your stay.
9. We retain the authority to evict guests without a refund if they misbehave or violate our rules.
As You Get Ready to Depart
1. Dispose of all leftover food in the trash bin and carefully clean dishware, particularly regarding children’s debris like gum wrappers and candy papers.)
2. Pack all waste into bags and leave them inside the cabin; should you need to dispose of garbage during your visit, there’s a sizable dumpster close to the entrance gate.
3. Please return all furniture to its original position before leaving.
4. Before departure, ensure you haven’t left anything behind by giving it one last check-over
5. Kindly replace the key in its lockbox after usage
